ESFAM is open to other European companies in the sector as long as they meet the following conditions:

• Performing a continuous activity of industrial production of sporting firearms or components, or of specific production equipment including optical lenses
• Achieving a minimum yearly turnover set by the General Assembly of the members
• Being accepted by the General Assembly of the members
